Giro d’Italia 2010 / 10 May / Amsterdam-Middelburg
Cadel Evans (BMC) had a big smile on his face because he got to start in pink.
Tyler Farrar (GAR) won the second stage from Amsterdam to Utrecht.
The start: the riders had to go all the way to Middelburg and the wind was strong.
Cadel Evans (BMC) managed to stay up front all day, but got behind in the last kilometres because a few riders crashed. As a result of that, Alexandre Vinokourov got to take the pink jersey to Italy.
